Our office will be temporarily closed from Wednesday, March 18th through Sunday, May 17th following the Governor’s mandated order to ensure the safety of our patients, employees, and broader community. Please note that as we remain closed, office communication will be in place (email and phone) from 9 am to 2 pm, Monday through Thursday to be of assistance as we navigate through this time. Q: If I have an appointment scheduled should I call to reschedule it now?

No, you will be contacted by someone in our office over the coming days about rescheduling your previously scheduled treatment.


Q: How will rescheduling priority be completed?

Patients will be contacted in the order that they were previously scheduled to have their treatment completed.


Q: If I have severe pain, swelling or other emergent needs can I be seen?

Yes, after a thorough screening of your needs and passing our health questionnaire we will still see patients, however it is our goal to keep you at home and safe if possible.


Q: Will there be a medical screening if my treatment is considered a dental emergency?

Yes, here are those questions.

  1. Do you have a Fever, Cough, Sore throat or shortness of breath
  2. Have you experienced any change to your sense of smell or taste at this time.
  3. Have you had close personal contact (without) PPE with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19
  4. Have you had a International travel history in the last two weeks?
  5. Are you in a High risk category due to age >70, or moderate to severe medical conditions which could affect immune system function?
  6. Do you not consent to having your temperature taken upon arrival?
  7. Have you visited a hospital setting or senior care facility in the last 2 weeks without the use of PPE?
  8. Have you attended a function with more than 50 ppl in the last two weeks?

Yes to any of the above questions disqualifies.


Q: Do you know when you will be able to return to normal dental treatment?

At this time to the best of our understanding, we will function on an emergent basis until May 18th, returning gradually to a normal schedule at that time.


Q: How can I get in touch with my doctor?

One of our team members will be answering all emails and phone calls from Monday through Thursday, 9 am to 2 pm. Use the contact us section of our website or call our office at 206-323-3830 to get in touch. If this is a dental emergency and you are calling outside of our current communication hours then please follow the prompts on our office answering system to be connected to Dr. Singh. 


Q: What if I want to schedule a routine dental hygiene visit, outstanding treatment, or a new patient appointment? Should I wait to call until the office is open again on May 18th?

Our email and phone communication is still in place. Please call us at (206) 323-3830 or contact us through email info@firsthilldentalcenter.com and we’ll help you get these appointments scheduled now. You do not have to wait to call. 


Q: Can medication be called in for me if needed?

Yes it can, it is preferred to manage pain and mild infections in this way at this time. Please contact the office and we will help you from there.
