Are Bioclear Veneers Right for You?

Bioclear is an innovative bonding technique that can be used instead of fillings, crowns, and porcelain veneers. At First Hill Dental Center, we can use Bioclear technology to repair minor imperfections in teeth, including:

  • Chips or broken teeth
  • Minor overlaps
  • Discoloration
  • Uneven teeth
  • Decaying or worn-down teeth
  • Small gaps
  • Black triangles, also known as diastemas

Bioclear is a relatively new technology that is a non-invasive and reversible alternative to traditional veneers. Learn more about the Bioclear technology and don’t hesitate to schedule an appointment at First Hill Dental Center to speak with our team about your Bioclear options!

How They Work

Bioclear uses a material that can easily bond to any part of your tooth to help close gaps, cover clips, fix discoloration, and align teeth that are uneven. During this process, a clear plastic matrix is wrapped around both sides of the tooth to help create the desired shape. Using that injection mold, two dental composites are filled in to help fix that tooth. These molds can also slip underneath the gums, creating a uniform restoration that enhances the visual aesthetic of your teeth when you’re done.

The result of Bioclear is a uniform tooth repair that was minimally invasive and can easily be repaired or removed in the future.

Benefits

We know that no one loves imperfections in their teeth — especially when it comes to loving their smile. That’s why Bioclear veneers offer unique benefits when compared to other processes for fixing those imperfections.

Learn about the different benefits of Bioclear and leave First Hill Dental Center wanting to show off your new smile to everyone you meet!

Reversible

As we’ve already mentioned, Bioclear veneers are a reversible option. With porcelain veneers, we need to remove the tooth surface so they can be securely bonded to your teeth. But we don’t need to remove any tooth enamel for Bioclear veneers to affix to your teeth, making it easy to remove or replace them in the future!

Gentle

Bioclear veneers are gentle on your gums because we don’t have to grind away at your tooth structure in order to apply them.

Low-Cost

In addition to Bioclear being reversible and gentler on your gums, it also costs less than traditional veneers. On average, you’ll pay 25–50% less for Bioclear compared to traditional veneers. And on top of that, you’re getting a non-invasive option that will keep your teeth protected while costing less than porcelain veneers.

Minimally Invasive

This is one of the largest benefits and it’s something we keep mentioning. That’s because no one loves invasive options that require you to spend hours and hours at the dentist. Instead, Bioclear is a non-invasive option that can be completed in one visit.
